This incident resulted in the temporary shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking area.

An additional two individuals are now in custody related to a robbery at London's Heathrow Airport where 21 people sustained injuries by what is thought to be an irritant spray, according to law enforcement.

A 24-year-old man, was taken into custody in the Lambeth area on suspicion of theft and assault and a 23-year-old woman was arrested for suspected conspiracy to commit robbery. They both are still being held, the force said.

The arrests follow a probe into an attack at the multi-storey car park at Heathrow's Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Prior to the incident, a pair of female travelers had stolen from them their suitcases upon exiting a car park lift.

A toddler aged three was among the those hurt during the incident. Five people went to hospital for medical care and have since been discharged.

Police arrested a 31-year-old man on suspicion of theft and assault close to the location. He was subsequently released under investigation while inquiries continue.

Authorities were alerted at about 08:10 GMT after reports came in regarding a number of individuals hurt by an irritating chemical believed to be an irritant spray.

The attack - an event that authorities stated was a standalone incident and not considered terrorism - caused train delays and the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking facility briefly.
